Abstract

Allah sent mankind into this world only for His worship and worship, and then from time to time he sent prophets and messengers to guide mankind, who conveyed the commandments of Allaah to his servants, and in the end, he sent the Messenger of Allaah (PBUH) and ended the chain of prophethood until the Day of Resurrection. So now the rulings of the religion of Mustafavi will be followed by the rest of the world. The Prophet (PBUH) gave mankind the complete code of life, that is, fiqh is the collection and essence of Islamic teachings, it is the essence of the Qur'an and the spirit of the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), and it is the spokesman for the general mood and mockery of the Shari'ah and also the light path for Islamic life. Not only that its need related only to the past, but even today and in the future, its need and importance will continue to be felt like the past, and the mujtahids will continue to dive into the Qur'an and Hadith and solve the problems of the Ummah through fiqh principles. The Ummah has always agreed on the four sources of Islamic law: the Book of Allah, the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), the Consensus of the Ummah and the Qiyas of Shari'ah. The Usulians have devised several methods of deriving laws from all these sources. One of the methods of obtaining laws from the fourth important source of Islamic jurisprudence is istahasan, which is very important.  The Orientalists raised objections to the basic sources of Islamic jurisprudence, a critical review of these objections is presented below.
