The interpretation and practical picture of the basic commands of the Holy Quran were presented to humanity until the Day of Judgment through you. It is incumbent upon us Muslims to recite the Holy Quran and memorize it, it is our religious responsibility to learn this inspired book. Because unless there is complete knowledge about something, it is impossible to act on it. Knowledge is the ladder to action, and only after passing through this stage, a person can reach the stage of action, and it is required by Allah Ta'ala. The Qur'an was revealed in the language of the Arabs, but its smoothness and eloquence are of a very high quality. Due to the high rhetorical quality of the Holy Qur'an, Arabic language experts wrote books on its miraculous aspects. Considering his eloquence, an attempt was made to describe his commentary. The treasure of science and art in the Holy Qur'an is also the knowledge of the Gharib Qur'an. In which the difficult places of the Holy Quran are explained keeping in mind the context and lessons. Who knows multiple meanings of the same word, it is helpful in rejecting false ideas and presenting a practical picture of facts. Therefore, in view of its usefulness, the interpretive effects of Ghareeb Al-Qur'an have been discussed below.
Such a way of life has been proposed for man, in which the minimum necessary information about the beginning and end of man and the status of man and other such basic matters has been given to man. It is also obvious that things that are beyond the senses of man, which have never come under the grasp of human knowledge, cannot come and cannot find styles that can be accurately pictured in the mind of every listener. Inevitably, it is imperative to use words and styles to describe subjects of this nature, which are found in human language for things that closely resemble the actual reality. The same pattern was adopted in the Qur'an. However, in many places the facts have not been fully exposed, the Qur'an says that the more efforts are made to determine the meaning of such verses, the more possibilities are faced, even as man becomes more distant than closer to reality. Therefore, it has been ordered to work in such a place. What is the benefit of using these similes in the Holy Qur'an and what is their importance in human life, will be discussed below.
In Islam, the concept of will holds significant importance, as it pertains to the distribution of wealth and assets after an individual's demise. The abstract explores how Islamic teachings regarding wills are implemented in Pakistan, considering cultural, legal, and social factors. The religious significance of wills is evident from the Holy Quran and hadiths, Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of equitable distribution of wealth among heirs. To whom it is not valid to bequeath and what and how much to bequeath will be explained. Islam gives a great importance to the will, as it is legitimated, and a confirmed Sunnah indicated by the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The will precedes the implementation of inheritance rights, because it is done by the will of the deceased. Although it is not compulsory for him, but it is part of his worldly gain and the benefit of his deeds for which he will be rewarded after his death. Writing a will is a matter that every Muslim and Muslim woman must take care of so that his heirs from his family know what he has and what he owes, and he is discharged from what his family may fall into after his death. Exist, and to accept the bequest if it is a specific person, and that the bequest be a resident money capable of inheritance, and it is also required in the recommended that it be in fact or judgment, and if it is not present, the will is not valid because the will for the nullified is not valid.
Dr. Mati Ur Rehman Basharat Rafique Muhammad Mansoor Rasheed Copyright (c) 2024 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 1 2 26 36 MAKING PAKISTAN RIAST-E-MADINA AN IDEOLOGICAL DISCOURSE https://irjicc.com/index.php/irjicc/article/view/18
The slogan of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf under the leadership of Imran Khan to make Pakistan ‘State of Medina’ was an effort towards building Quaid’s Pakistan based on Islamic teachings. This claim of PTI has been criticised by both the secular and religious political opponents. They called it misuse of religion to get political interests. In Pakistan all the constitutions (1956, 1962, 1973) declared Pakistan to be an Islamic republic; but despite of this majority of the political parties both secular and religious parties are not satisfied. The religious political parties have kept the ideology as a political slogan but failed to bring forward any assuring roadmap in line with the Islamic framework barring few controversial steps by General Zia towards Islamization of some laws. It has been observed that the state has mostly taken a prevaricating excuse to move towards state systems based on strong pillars of Islam. Taking the advantage of this, the non-state actors have started activities on the basis of a claim that they want to make Pakistan an Islamic State. This confussion led to the issue of peace and security. In order to deal this situation, government has to take stronger position to ensure peace and security in the country. This articles is an effort to dig out efforts to make Pakistan a State of Medina and resistance on one hand and some suggestion in this regards on the other hand. In this study, historical and analytical research methodology has been adopted with a qualitative approach.
Dr. Muhammad Asif Ayub Dr.Babar Khan Jadoon Saifullah Khan Copyright (c) 2024 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 1 2 37 46 JAMAAT-E-ISLAMI UNDER MAULANA MAUDUDI: A JOURNEY OF IDEOLOGY, POLITICS, AND ISLAMIZATION IN PAKISTAN https://irjicc.com/index.php/irjicc/article/view/19
Since the independence the word Islamization is known in each government as Pakistan is based on Islamic ideology so adoption of Islamized law and constitution is the need of every era because without the Islamization the country could not stand, and right wings parties always tried their best for this purpose. Also, which things are correct to use and which are not correct? In the light of Allah Almighty's order about all these, the Prophets defined the rules and regulations of things being halal and haram and also presented their practical manifestation. Everyone must follow them. It is not specific to any time, just as it was necessary to follow these principles in ancient times, it is also necessary to follow the teachings of the prophets in the present era, even if they are related to any area of life. However, in the modern age, due to various factors, the teachings of the prophets are put aside. One of these factors is economic and financial resources. That is, economic factors, including profit growth, competitive pressures, consumer demand, globalization, financial incentives, inequality, lack of regulation, and cultural norms, are a source of disobedience to the teachings of the prophets. Addressing these economic drivers often requires a multifaceted approach that includes ethics education, regulatory oversight, social responsibility, and individual accountability. So below, the economic factors of not following the teachings of the prophets will be reviewed and the means of their remedy will also be briefly discussed.
Hafiz Rashid Mehmood Dr. Muhammad Naseer Kamran Copyright (c) 2024 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 1 2 77 88
