Abstract

Humanity needed a way of life from the very beginning that laid the foundation of religion. It is through religion that humanity should be given rules and regulations related to social and other areas of life in every era. These rulings were related to beliefs and ideas, thoughts and customs, which included the teaching of avoiding social and social evils and adopting all kinds of good things, such as honesty and truth, honesty, honesty and trust, mutual love, and peace. Trust, empathy respect for relationships, etc. are recommended. In comparison to other religions, he laid down rules and regulations for the social and economic system of Islam, keeping in mind the solution of social, social, family and other issues of life. He advised humanity to avoid some of the things that he ordered humanity to do through Sharia Islam and followed a moderate and middle path in it. Through the Islamic Shari'ah, he ordered mankind to take care of their affairs, he advised to avoid certain tasks and he followed a moderate and middle path in it. One of the sources of Shariah affairs is Sidd al-Zarii, in which the reasons for the legality and illegitimacy of a matter are examined. In the same way, sometimes the action of a right thing is abandoned under a temptation or wisdom. From what aspects this rule is being followed in contemporary terms, this paper has tried to make it the subject of discussion.
