Especially those sections of the society who served but when they were employed, they were considered below the level of humanity, in which slaves and other similar classes were on the top list. One of the objectives of Prophet Muhammad's revealed was to create a human-friendly and moderate society by eliminating social deprivation and intemperance. For which He ﷺ paid special attention to the rights of all human beings in general and the socially disadvantaged people so that the society is protected from being a victim of class system. In human history, a group of people who are called slaves or slaves have been subjected to inhuman atrocities and inappropriate behaviors in every era. Prophet Muhammad not only determined their rights, but also gave them honorable positions in various situations. In contemporary societies, the concept of slavery has almost eliminated and there is a great return of human rights, but there are different forms of slaves and servants. In the article under review, in the light of the narrations of the servants of the Prophet ﷺ that are related to the rights of the servants themselves, their rights and privileges will be discussed in the present era.
Dr. Aqeel Ahmed Usman Mohiyuddin Dr. Saad Jaffar Copyright (c) 2024 2024-06-30 2024-06-30 2 2 1 11
